Open AI HubSpot Chatbot
With the release of the OpenAI GPT, I decided to build a SaaS solution leveraging the OpenAI API to train a HubSpot chatbot on one of my client’s HubSpot knowledge base—relieving their service team of ticket overload—and an in‑app chatbot, powered by Snowflake‑synced data, to provide real‑time transaction and activity status updates.
